Welcome to CebuDrive. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CebuDrive mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using CebuDrive, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CebuDrive. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Keep your login credentials secure

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

CebuDrive is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access to your account.

  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service

4. Bookings and Payments

If CebuDrive offers transportation or booking services:

  • Prices may vary depending on location, distance, or demand

  • You agree to pay all applicable charges

  • Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. User Conduct

Users must treat drivers, passengers, and other users with respect.

The following behavior is prohibited:

  • Harassment or abusive behavior

  • Dangerous or illegal activities

  • Damage to vehicles or property

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the CebuDrive app, including:

  • Logos

  • Text

  • Software

  • Graphics

is the property of CebuDrive or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Service without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CebuDrive will not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Loss of data or profits

  • Service interruptions

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
